In this ever-increasing technological world, it is important parents set limits to help kids stay safe online, raise responsible and aware digital citizens and ensure children are still receiving adequate outdoor activity time and social interaction. While technology is a great tool for learning and communication, too much screen time can have negative effects on children’s physical and emotional health.
